The Assistant Director for Residential Operations is responsible for the room assignments operation, various aspects of residential services, oversight of the summer camp & conference program, and the billing/accounts receivable component of the office. The Assistant Director also develops and maintains the student data files (computer and hard copy). Specific functions include coordinating room changes, 房间再申请, housing contract appeal process, 自行车储物柜, 客人 & vacation housing, summer camps & conferences, temporary housing, Goodhue reception area, mail forwarding, and package distribution. The Assistant Director supervises two Coordinators and several student staff.
